Information we collect

When you request a proposal or submit a review, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event details, villa area, dietary requirements and the message you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, organise agreed services, prevent form abuse and manage guest reviews. A review is not published until it has been approved. Email addresses submitted with reviews are not displayed publicly.

Website analytics

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website visits and performance. Successful-form analytics send only a fixed event name when a proposal request or guest review has been accepted. Information typed into a form, including contact details, event information, dietary requirements and message content, is not sent with these events.

Storage and sharing

Form information is processed through our website infrastructure and email service. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and communications, or where required by law.

Retention and your rights

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for enquiries, bookings, business records and approved reviews. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
